Matt Craig

I'm Matt Craig, a software developer originally from Sydney, where I spent the late 90's and early 2000's playing in an alternative rock band, The Supernormal, before leaving Australia in the mid 2000's.

I enjoy lower-level programming – things like Emu Boy, a Game Boy emulator written in C++ – as well as .NET work such as ReactIb, which brings async/await and Reactive Extensions to the Interactive Brokers TWS API.

On the music side I'm interested in audio DSP and recording, from mixing old band tracks on an E-mu/Ensoniq PARIS system to recreating its EQ as the Paris VST EQ plug-in. My code is on GitHub.
